What are the shipping costs and options?

Check FedEx or SF Express to calculate the estimated shipping cost of your order. Please refer to this chart to input weight based on items.

Please remember that orders are generally shipped within two business days of receipt and, therefore, two (2) business days (excluding public holidays) should be added to the corresponding delivery time shown with your shipping choice. Please allow extra processing time during holiday seasons, promotional periods and for special items. 

Please note that any delays once a shipment has left our warehouse are the responsibility of the carrier. 

Kangol.Asia orders will be sent using SF Express anywhere in Hong Kong and Macau, or FedEx in the Southeast Asia region (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam).

Domestic orders are subject to a shipping cost of $50 HKD unless indicated otherwise. Any international orders are subject to a flat rate of $60 HKD based on the destination.

If a customer fails to accept delivery (Failed Delivery Attempts, Refused by Recipient), the parcel will automatically ship back to Kangol Asia and the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For processing purposes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order. SHIPPING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Kangol Asia reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping promotions for orders to Southeast Asia (our operating regions include: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam) for orders containing purchases of two or more items; provided that the requirements are met, a code will automatically generate in your checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Those ordered products for shipment to countries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the said customs duties, taxes and fees. Kangol Asia has no control over these charges and are not responsible for duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
