Returns
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers who purchase products from Kangol Asia may return the products within 7 days from the date of receipt and with your valid payment record. Products must be in “Sellable Condition” and no returns will be allowed if product labels or hand tags are removed, damaged or lost. Unless there is a quality problem, no returns will be allowed after 7 days from your receipt date of the products. Kangol Asia shall have the final and absolute discretion as to whether this policy applies.
If the item you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.
Unless under a unique circumstance, the delivery cost of a return will be borne by the customer but we will give the customer a store credit worth US$10-$15 on the next purchase.
To request a case number and further instructions on how to process your order for return, email us at info@kangol.asia. Returns will be processed upon receipt of the regarding item(s). Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item is eligible for return, refund or credit.
Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
EXPANDED
Customers who purchase products from Kangol Asia may return the products within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the products and the packaging are in their original conditions when they are returned, with all accessories intact (hand tags must be uncut, and products must be unused and unwashed. The return labels shall be intact) and that with your valid payment record. No returns will be allowed if the labels or hand tags are removed, damaged or lost. Unless there is a quality problem, no returns will be allowed after 7 days from your receipt date of the products. Kangol Asia shall have the final and absolute discretion as to whether this policy applies.
OVERSEAS RETURN POLICY
At this time, we cannot offer a pre-paid return label for orders shipped outside of Hong Kong. Pack up your return in the original package and include your packing slip with reason code. Cover the original shipping label with a purchased returns label and drop off to any postal office or carrier of your choice.
SPECIAL EXEMPTIONS
For return requests caused by quality issues, the delivery cost will be borne by Kangol Asia for local orders, international orders will instead be given a coupon code. The customer will receive free shipping on the replacement order to all regions.
There are special cases in which refunds are authorized by Kangol Asia. These cases must be communicated and confirmed via email. Once your return refund has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement with a confirmation email.
